1. Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange any item within 30 calendar days of receiving your order—no questions asked.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us first before returning any item to receive return instructions.
- Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective item, wrong item shipped, or other error on our part, we cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong book, no longer need it), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Digital Products
- Digital textbooks (eTextbooks) are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.
- If you received the wrong file or experienced a technical issue, please contact us for assistance or an exchange.
