1. What types of textbooks does Offsero offer?
We offer a wide selection of new and used college textbooks, including print and digital formats. Our catalog spans across various subjects and majors to meet your academic needs.

2. Are the textbooks brand new or used?
We offer both! Each product listing clearly states whether the book is new or used. Used books are gently handled and inspected to ensure they are in good, usable condition.

3. How do I know if I’m getting the correct edition?
Each textbook listing includes detailed information such as the edition, ISBN, and publication year. We recommend checking your course syllabus to match the ISBN before purchasing.

4. Do you offer digital textbooks (eTextbooks)?
Yes. Many of our titles are available in digital format for instant download. You’ll receive access instructions by email shortly after checkout.

5. How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders via USPS. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. Handling time is usually 0–1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free USPS shipping for all domestic orders within the USA.

7. Can I return or exchange a book?
Absolutely. We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. Books must be unused and in original condition. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

8. What if I receive the wrong or a defective book?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible.
